After suffering neck, shoulder and low back pain for many years, I decided to seek the help of a chiropractor. I had previously seen a physiotherapist on a regular basis, and although the treatment gave some relief, it was largely palliative.

Just over 4 years ago I was suffering with constant pain, my back was so painful I could barely walk without the need to stop every couple of metres. My neck and shoulders were sore, I felt just doing normal every day task such as caring for my children, carrying a bag of groceries and getting through a day at work, caused me so much pain. I had seen many doctors and specialist and after 4 years was ready to quit trying to find someone that could give me a better quality of life. Until I found Chiropractic care could be the answer.

I gave my last chance to Dr Carr, he gave me a full examination, listened to how I felt living with so much pain. By the end of the first appointment we had an ongoing treatment plan and advice to take home.

I left the clinic feeling that finally I would have a better quality of life.
